No visit is needed for your quote. We work from the measurements you send us, which is exactly why we can turn a price around fast. Once you approve the quote and place your 50% deposit, we come out and template the space digitally so the fabrication lands dead on.

Countertop dimensions in inches are the core of it. On top of that, a sketch with the numbers written on it, a cabinet layout from your kitchen designer, or a blueprint all help, and clear photos of the space tell us about corners, windows, appliances, and overhangs. Your sink model and your town round it out. The more you send, the tighter the number comes back.

Within one business day of your form going through. We reply by email, and by text as well if you asked us to when you submitted the form. If your project needs something we cannot read off what you sent, we ask for that one detail first instead of guessing at the price.

After you approve the quote and place your 50% deposit, templating usually happens 3 to 5 days later, and installation follows roughly 5 to 7 business days after templating. Both are estimates and depend on material availability and the schedule at the time.

Fabrication and installation, plus one standard sink cutout with a polished edge and the faucet holes you need. Removal and disposal of the old countertop is included too. A second sink, an upgraded sink model or a decorative edge upgrade is quoted separately, and you see each one itemized before you approve anything.

We are based in Holliston and work across MetroWest Boston, including Middlesex and Worcester County, plus Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and New Hampshire generally. Send us your town with your measurements and we will confirm it in the same reply as your price.

Projects in New Hampshire, or more than 60 miles from our Holliston shop, carry a travel fee. The amount depends on the address and the size of the job, so our team calculates it and puts it in your quote in writing. You will know upfront, never on install day.

Yes, and we would rather you did. Our showroom is at 275 Hopping Brook Rd, Suite #4 in Holliston, open Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm. Bring a cabinet door sample, a paint chip, and photos of the room, and we will pull slabs for you to put your hand on. Stock moves week to week, so what is on the floor today is worth seeing today.
